St James's 20 St. James's Street. London SW1 0207 321 0882 One of a chain owned by a wine importing family. All their restaurants offer a good standard of food and wine. The accent always has been fishy with a number of traditional English Dishes. The honey baked ham on the bone is reliably good and the oysters, crabs and pates worth the visit. It has always been somewhat of a joke that Balls Brothers offices are in the Balls Pond Road but sadly there are only close by.
