MONTILLA

Montilla and Moriles are situated close to Cordoba, Spain. The correct name for the wines of this region is Montilla-Moriles normally referred to as Montilla. There are three types of wine made in this Denomination of Origin (D.O). Firstly are the wines with an abv of 15% or more. These wines, Fino, Amontillado and Olorosso, are aged in Solera systems for at least two years called Vinos Generosos. Amontillado means Montilla style, the naturally sweet Pedro Xim
