Broadband Ain't Working

Today has been awful, such slow connection speeds as to be silly. BROADBAND ainÕt working !!!
The speed of AOLÕs broadband is pathetic, it is slower than ten years ago.
What the heck is going on? I lived in rural France where it was much quicker. Now in CENTRAL LONDON where it is so slow as to be silly.
This magazine is considering pigeon post, a quicker option than AOL.
