Supermarket Shopping on the Internet This is a wonderful way to shop for food but it has its own problems.
One cannot chose the cut of meat you require is my main complaint or it was. Yesterday June 17th 2010 I ordered £90 odd pounds worth of groceries from Sainsburys on line.
The so called delivery driver called me to ask a silly question did I live at 106 or 108? He did not mention the block of flats just demanded my address. I pointed out that Sainsbury’s have delivered here frequently.
He growled and hung up.
So I called back and asked this rude person if he knew what happened if a diabetic failed to eat. – Silence – so I tried to tell him. But as with all ignorant people I was wasting my time.
He was then very curt and was just horrid. So much so that I lost my cool, he retaliated so I put the telephone down.
I was fuming and worried that my groceries would not be delivered. They were never delivered.
The next morning, well lunchtime I received a call from the so called manager of Sainsburys just over the river.
He was curt and annoying so I replaced the receiver cursing him as I did.
Today, Tuesday 22. June 2010 I check my bank statement to find that not only were the groceries not delivered but that the £90 odd pounds had been taken from my account.
For the last days I have been bedridden caused by lack of food and general stress. 21Jun10 DEB JS ONLINE GROCERY CD 0764 98.94
