Laverstoke Park Farm Organic Ale

Laverstoke Park Farm Organic Ale

5% abv.

I am sipping, tasting, gulping, savouring a beer, a bottle conditioned beer. The hops are on the palate as is the hint of barley, boy a beer like this everyday and I might give up wine!

This beer is magic on my palate, the full flavours oze down my throat leaving a wonderful complex of length of tastes.

It has weight and style on the palate, a true ale. Not one of your light fizzy lagers but real ale.

Few beers today are bottle conditioned, sadly. One I always liked was White Shield Worthington, now gone. It was reincarnated but it somehow missed the spot. The original was the best thing in the morning as good if not better than champagne.

This ale has the bight and sense of fine hops that may work in the morning. I will try.
